Gilly Taylor-Munt

Gilly Taylor-Munt, Managing Director

Gilly founded ATM Executive Research Ltd in 1999; a high-end Business Intelligence and Talent Management firm. The company has enjoyed a steady growth pattern, both commercially and organically, since inception.

A BA Hons Graduate in Business Management & Psychology, coupled with her astute commercial acumen, Gilly has developed sector diversity and the value-add proposition throughout the ATM Group. Her experience and reputation precedes her and has been sustained through many years of building key industry contacts and partnerships in a highly professional and honest manner. She firmly believes that ATM’s premium asset is its people who have the ability to adapt to a vast array of resourcing requirements to ensure exemplary delivery on any assignment undertaken.

Audrey Lavelle

Audrey Lavelle, Global Development

With a wealth of experience in Business Development and Marketing; Audrey has a strong corporate background and has enjoyed high achievement within companies such as Diageo and The British Standards Institute. She has spent much of her career based in Scotland and North East England, moving to Yorkshire five years ago where she has continued to expand her career by bringing her skills and experience to the Business Intelligence and Talent Management arena. Her strengths lie in establishing routes-to-market and developing strategies aligned with the business. In her Global Development role

Audrey enjoys the challenge of engaging with ATMs clients and recognises that the customer is the most important asset. She is passionate in her quest to ensure that all ATM clients receive value-add and quality of service every time.

Tamsin Kelly

Tamsin Kelly, Head of Identification

Tamsin came to ATM Executive with over 12 years Recruitment Sector Experience. Starting her career in ‘interim recruitment’, before moving into a ‘permanent recruitment’ role, it wasn’t until 7 years ago that she found her true passion for Executive Research. Her enthusiasm and tenacious attitude together with her drive for excellence, is echoed throughout her team, making them one of the most enviable executive research teams in the UK.

Jodi MacDougall

Jodi MacDougall, Head of Approaching

Having joined ATM Executive Research 6 years ago, Jodi has grown into a leadership position organically and leads the Approaching team and manages a number of key clients. The true core of Jodi’s experience is her research capability, accuracy, reporting and time management. Jodi is able to adapt her methodology to enable her to approach people at various levels, ranging from junior administrators to board/senior level management.

With many assignments networking is an invaluable skill and Jodi is able to forge ongoing relationships which are often essential when working on difficult to fill roles. With a highly technical background, Jodi has the ability to absorb the requirements of the Client and to quickly understand the most technical of roles.
