It takes intelligence to gather intelligence and our Project Managers provide a unique insight into the workings of rival organisations and identify potential candidates for recruitment. Our focused, understated approach produces real results to increase our clients competitive advantage.

Discretion
ATM operates in a completely confidential manner and our clients respect and value our discrete approach to their business dealings. This discretion also enables us to go unnoticed by target list companies as we undertake crucial identification research and compile valuable business intelligence for our clients.

Resource
The Project Managers at ATM are focused individuals, dedicated to delivering effective resource solutions as an extension of our clients own HR team. Each PM is a seasoned professional, with the skill set and experience to be capable of extensive networking and contact development in order to source the calibre of candidates required.

Time & Money
We work quickly to maximise our advantage - once an assignment is placed with ATM, the search begins. Every ATM project works to a timescale agreed with our client - some projects take 3 days, other ongoing resourcing projects can take 18 months. We are not a recruitment agency - we do not muddy the waters by advertising and we do not charge a placement fee. We do locate all interested candidates within the field and present a 360 degree view of the talent available and we do work on a fixed fee. ATM benefits from a 90% repeat business and referral rate because our clients benefit from the savings we make them, with complete resourcing solutions so they do not need to go through the same process in 12 months time.

Managing Director - Gilly Taylor-Munt

I am never dispassionate about a project but always objective, I bring my knowledge of how people work within business to benefit your company. To give a flavour of the calibre of our team, we have profiled three of our Project Managers. All our Project Managers divide their time between the London and Harrogate offices, meeting the requirements of our major clients.

Katherine - BA (Hons) - Operations Manager
With a depth of expertise within both the contingency and research fields, Katherine has over 5 years resourcing experience across a wide array of sectors. She leads a team of researchers focusing on sourcing middle and upper tier talent working with corporate and third party clients in the Finance, Legal, Engineering, Energy & Aerospace Sectors. Katherine manages all our ‘large scale’, global talent resource projects and also undertakes the role of Commercial Manager for the company, maintaining and developing our corporate partnerships.

Jodi - BA (Hons) - Project Manager & Training Manager
Jodi has over 7 years experience in Project Management. With a background in New Media, she has built up a wealth of expertise within the technical, IT and .com industries. At ATM Jodi manages projects within the Brand arena with a strong emphasis on fashion and sports and has also managed a wide array of projects for the company within the technical arena, for example the IT & Engineering sectors. Due to her technical aptitude and experience, Jodi is also Training Manager for ATM.
